The building
The very first stone was laid in 1980, but the villa has been built in various phases and renovated again and again, most recently in 2023. The flats
The two-storey, whitewashed Cycladic-style building has 13 spacious flats, including 2 magnificent penthouse suites with breathtaking views of the sea, bay and mountains.

The centrepiece of the villa is the sparkling, tiled pool (5x10m), which works with an eco-saltwater system. The pool is surrounded by large wooden pergolas, which provide the necessary shade for the sun lounger area.
The appealing kafenion-style café offers a relaxed and comfortable seating area. The light and airy space, shared with a handy reception desk, has high wooden ceilings, original terracotta floors and traditional wooden doors and windows. These doors lead out onto a delightful terrace overlooking the pool, from where you can enjoy the spectacular coastal views.
The villa is set in a walled, tranquil garden planted with valuable, large palm trees, lemon and orange trees, lavender, bougainvillea, jasmine, cacti, herbs and much more. In addition, the rustic olive grove behind the villa produces around 100 litres of organic extra virgin olive oil every year.
There is a useful laundry room for housekeeping and a white wooden garden shed for tools and storage.
