The hotel has an EOT licence for all rooms and apartments and a connection to the three-phase electricity from PROTERGIA. There are two swimming pools, one of which is 60 square metres in size and 1.5 metres deep. Both pools are operated by a pump and a water filter. Furthermore, there are fifty seats at tables with a corresponding licence.

The facility is located on a 2650 square metre property, most of which is built on, with the exception of a few garden plots. The hotel is connected to the bioremediation system, the municipal water supply network and a private water borehole that enables an autonomous water supply. In addition, a boiler, a burner, a pressurised water and a hot water boiler are available.

The hotel consists of seven buildings in total. In the main building there is a reception, a bar with a lounge, an office and a kitchen with utility rooms. The restaurant on the upper floor extends over two floors and has outdoor terraces and a kitchen-lounge-maker. There are two building permits and two permits from EOT with a special operating licence. Permits for swimming pools, bars and restaurants are also available, and all arbitrary constructions have been legalised.

Agia Pelagia is a picturesque village on the north coast of Crete, just 20 km from the capital Heraklion. The village is famous for its beautiful bay with crystal clear water and a long sandy beach. The bay is surrounded by rocky hills and lush vegetation and offers spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Agios Pelagia has many taverns, bars and cafes along the waterfront where you can enjoy local specialities and experience the relaxed Cretan way of life. The village is also a good starting point for visiting the many historical sites and archaeological sites in the area, including the famous Knossos and the palace of Phaistos. Although it is a popular tourist destination, Agios Pelagia has retained its charm and authenticity, making it an ideal place to discover the beauty of Crete.
